Rates & Pricing Information

Because each case is different, there is no set price that applies to every case. Generally, clients can expect to pay anywhere from a couple hundred dollars for simple things to several thousand dollars depending on the complexity and time involved in the case.
Hourly Billing Method
Some cases are handled on an hourly rate basis, where an upfront retainer is taken and such amount is billed against that retainer until the retainer runs out, at which time an additional retainer will be required. Expenses are additional and collected separately in these cases as they are in flat fee cases.
Flat Fee Billing Method
Some cases are handled on a flat fee basis, where a specified fee is set and that is all that will be owed usually plus expenses such as filing fees, postage, etc.

Payment Methods

We currently accept all major credit cards, certified checks, money orders, personal checks and cash for payments.
